Adobe Primiere Pro CC causes windows to crash

Hello.  recently bought adobe premiere pro CC.
The application crass about 5-10 minutes into using it.
Usually after it crashes the computer is prone to quickly crashing once more

I would like to know how to prevent further crashes.
