i have scan my pc more then 10 times and the results are that theres no viruses but why is it that it keeps frezzing on on me and then ill have to turn it off without login off?
*original title - i clean up my pc and theres no viruses then why is still freezing and no wanting to do any thing*

You can try the following methods:
Method 1:
Try to run the Performance Troubleshooter:

Method 2:
Check the performance in ‘Safe mode’:

Method 3:
If it works fine in ‘Safe mode’ then put the computer in ‘Clean boot’ and then check the status.
