Dell Inspiron 620 computer with Windows 7 turns on automatically at midnight each night,

I have a new Dell Inspiron 620 computer with Windows 7.
It turns on automatically at midnight each night,even if not connected to the internet.  I have the computer set to Shut Down, not Sleep, so it does completely shut down.
Any ideas on how to fix this
problem would be greatly appreciated.

It is a bios setting (named something like auto wake or auto power on).  When booting watch for the F2 prompt before Windows loads and that will take you into the bios.
