Character replacement

I exported some addresses from another software package that included carriage returns.
I am trying to use "clean" and "substitute" to replace the carriage return with something I can use as a delimiter so I can then use "text to columns" to separate the
different lines.
I can remove the carriage return but can't get another character (such as a comma or other character) in as a replacement.
using Excel 2007.
 
Example:


Attn: Accounts Payable
PO Box 8250
 
Should end up as:
 


Attn: Accounts Payable, PO Box 8250

 
Which would then be two separate columns based on the comma delimiter.

Try running it again with 13 instead of 10.
You can find out for sure what the code for the character is by using a formula like this
=CODE(MID($B$3,ROW(A1),1))
and copying down (with the string in B3).
