Does Excel 2007 Pivot Chart include a filter on the plot/graph?

In Excel 2003, there is the capability/feature to have the Pivot Chart Filter directly on the Pivot Chart.  This used to be the a drop down directly on the Pivot Chart in the upper left hand corner (or maybe top centered?).  In Excel 2007, it looks like
that feature is missing.

I always hated this feature, but I want to use it now.
Does it still exist in 2007 and I cannot find it or is it really a goner?

Well, it's 'sort of' there.   I was actually hoping it was on the chart itself for easy slicing and dicing of the data.  Having the additional window steasls a lot of screen real estate.  Thank you for your reply.
