ALL SITES SHOWING CERTIFICATE ERRORS

I HAVE CHECKED AND RECHECKED ALL OF MY SECURITY SETTINGS, YET I AM GETTING A "CERTIFICATE ERROR" ON ANY SITE i VISIT, INCLUDING THIS ONE.
I AM USING VIST HOME ADDITION.

ALSO GETTING MESSAGE "WINDOWS CAN'T CHECK FOR UPDATES"
CAN ANYONE HELP, PLEASE

I would install an anti virus and do a full scan, as this may be part of the problem.

The error "The security certificate has expired or is not yet valid" means you still have an incorrect time or date set.
I would suggest checking the year is correct, and you have the correct hour (Eg, 02:00 should be 14:00).

Open Action Center by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button, clicking Control Panel, and then, under System and Security, clicking Review your computer's status.
