After installing/uninstalling programs, my laptop should restart to complete the process, but shuts down midway.
I'd have to leave it for an hour or so, before turning it on again; otherwise it'll shut down within seconds from starting..
My Sony Vaio F
Series VPCF236HG runs on Windows 7 .
I'm not a pro, but the tech support have not been able to fix it either.
Maybe you could give them some clue as to how to do their job..!!!Your help is most appreciated.

Running System Update Readiness Command

On running the System Update readiness Command, it will Detect & Replace Incorrect Registry data with the Correct one. Which may ultimately Solve After installing/uninstalling programs, my laptop should restart to complete the process, but shuts down midway. in Windows.

  1. Open CMD as Administrator by Simply Right Clicking on Start button > Command Prompt (Admin).
  2. Now Type or Copy paste "DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth" and hit Enter,
  3. Now again Type or Copy paste this "DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth" and hit Enter.
  4. Close the Command Prompt Window because we are done.
