After installing windows 8.1 update KB2919355 , my system becomes more slower. and many times observing a soft freezes for 10-30 seconds

My Samsung RV518-S01IN Laptop configuration:
Processor:- intel Core i3-2310M CPU @ 2.10 GHz
RAM:- 3 GB
GPU:- Nvidia 520M 1 GB Graphics card
HDD :- 500 GB
Current OS version :- Windows 8.1 Pro 64 bit
i installed windows 8.1 update 
KB2919355
But after installing i am observing my system becomes much slower than the earlier one.
Also, sometimes i am observing soft freezes of 10-30 seconds at random interval.
i saw my RAM usage, that also was around 1.5 GB out of 3GB.
Processor load is also normal.
is there any patch to fix this or i have to uninstall KB2919355 ?
Note:- my system is virus free i Scanned my whole system by Microsoft Security essentials and Norton Antivirus.
I already Run CCleaner and Advanced system cleaner.
So, there are no temprary or unnecessary files in my system.
