I have received RunDLL error message                      Specific module could not not found.          I am using Windows 7.    This is also in others.

HKCU\Software\Classes\*\ShellEx\ContextMenuHandlers    10/19/2012 10:16 PM   highlighted in yellow as well like in screen shot. do i delete all of these to restore my missing file?

When do you receive the error message?Did you make any recent changes on your computer prior to this issue?
Method 1
The issue, generally arise due to .DLL file corruption in Windows settings.
So, in order to scan your system health, I would suggest you to run a System File Checker tool (SFC) scan to check for any files corruption:
Go to Start, click All Programs and open Accessories.Right click on Command Prompt in the Program list and then select
Run as administrator.
If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password, or click
OK.In the Command Prompt, type the following command, and then press ENTER:
sfc /scannow

If issue persists I would suggest you to boot the computer in safe mode with networking and see if it helps.
Method 2
I would suggest you to boot the computer in safe mode with networking and then try to run SFC scan.
You can refer to the below link to boot the computer in safe mode with networking.

After booting to the computer in safe mode with networking try to run SFC scan on your computer and check the status.

Using Windows troubleshooter:

Click on Search on Charm bar and type Troubleshooting. Click on the very first option.
A new window will open. Click View all from the left pane.
Scroll down to the bottom and click on Windows update.
Troubleshooter window for Windows update will pop up. Click on NEXT. It may ask you for administrative permission.
The troubleshooter will automatically detect problems and fix it.
Now, close this window and try download/install the app which was previously showing error.
