DEP is always reported disabled every time I run Microsoft Fixit for IE

Every time I use Fixit for IE, Fixit always say it is disabled.
It says it is fixed, but it is actually not. The
Uninstall or change a program in Control Panel
have a program named "Internet Explorer (Enable DEP)", but DEP is never enable.
Although I have touched the DEP settings, it won't work.
