Dependent Validation

Dear all,
I have concern related to dependent validation.
I have some values, where i need to place my drop downs based on the selection of each other.
Companies Names Designation Process
Aegis    Aasif   Assitant Manager   Atena
BOA    Ann   Executive Bluberry
Fidielity Chandan Lead Capitol
Wipro    Waheeda Quality Yahoo

If i select any company name, the drop down in the adjacent cell should populate with the matching name, same with Designation and Process.

Please do not suggest me to visit any site.

Hello,
Consider VLOOKUP function.
Suppose that your data is on sheet Sheet2, "Aegis" being in A1; Your drop down cell is on Sheet1, A1.
In B1, put :
=VLOOKUP($A$1,Sheet2!$A$1:$D$4,COLUMN(),0)
and drag rightward up to D1.
Note that "COLUMN()" avoid changing the corresponding value in each cell.
